Our Signature Packaging
Every gift is curated with care and includes a handwritten note card. Depending on the item, your gift will be packaged in one of the following:
Signature ekuBOX: A soft-touch box finished with a satin ribbon and bow.
Magnetic Closure Box: A premium keepsake box finished with a satin ribbon and bow.
"Out of the Box" Items: These specific gifts are packaged in our signature ekuBOX gift bags rather than a box.
Processing & Shipping Timelines
We process all orders in the order they are received.
Standard Processing: Most orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship within 1–3 business days.
Holiday Season (Nov–Dec): Due to high volume, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during this busy time.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

At ekuBOX, every gift is thoughtfully curated around a specific theme and presentation. Due to the nature of curated gifting and the limited availability of many specialty products, certain items may occasionally sell out or become unavailable without notice.
In such cases, ekuBOX reserves the right to substitute an item with another product of equal or greater value. Any substitute will be carefully selected to complement the overall theme, aesthetic, and purpose of the gift and will be similar in quality and style to the originally listed item whenever possible.
These substitutions help ensure that your gift ships on time and maintains the level of presentation and experience our customers expect.
Product substitutions do not constitute a material change to the overall gift, and refunds or returns will not be issued solely due to a substitution.

Add a Personal Touch
Every ekuBOX gift includes the option to add a handwritten note. Your message will be written on a card of your choice, placed in an envelope, and finished with our signature handmade ekuBOX wax seal.
How to Add Your Message
1. Choose Your Card Design
Select the "Pick a Card" button to choose the card design you would like included with your gift.
2. Enter Your Message
Type your message in the message field provided on the product page. Our team will handwrite your message on the selected card.
3. Leave the Card Blank (Optional)
If you are gifting to yourself or prefer to write the note later, select your card and enter "Leave Blank" in the message field.

Message Length & Handwriting
Our team will handwrite your message as provided. For best results, keep messages concise and clear. Extremely long messages may require multiple cards.
