When do I need to order by?
To allow time for delivery before the holidays, we recommend placing bulk orders by the end of October. Our production calendar fills quickly, so reach out early.
Do I need my recipient list to get a quote?
No. Send us an approximate quantity, budget per gift, and arrival date, and we'll recommend boxes and pricing. You'll only need recipient addresses once you're ready to order.
How does payment work?
We send an invoice once your box selections, quantities, and shipping details are confirmed.
Can I mix and match boxes, or ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. The order template is built for exactly that: one row per recipient, any mix of boxes.
Is there a minimum order size?
No minimum. Order a single box or a few hundred, the same template works either way.
