Shipping & Return Policy
Standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States is included in orders of $100 or more after taxes, coupons, vouchers, and any sale amount has been deducted. Any other shipping, including expedited options, incurs additional charges. If you need 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day shipping, please contact us for a quote.
While we strive to deliver your gift box on the date you select, we cannot guarantee delivery on the exact date due to factors beyond our control. We make every effort to ship your gift box promptly, but unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays or weather conditions may affect delivery time. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Our warehouse operates on business days (M-F, excluding Holidays) from 10 am - 5 pm EDT with a shipping cut-off of 12:00 noon EDT. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and annually 12/24-1/3.
Domestic packages are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. If you do not select a specific delivery date, we will ship your gift box within 3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination, with approximate shipping times of: • Midwest: 1-2 business days • East Coast: 2-3 business days • South: 3-4 business days • : 3-4 business days • West Coast: 4-5 business days.
We are not responsible for the acts, inactions, or timeliness of any shipper or carrier once we turn your package over to them. We do not guarantee delivery times because USPS, UPS, and FEDEX no longer guarantee delivery dates except for next-day air . Any package delivery delay due to reasons beyond our control will not be refunded. If you require a signature upon delivery, there will be an additional cost, and it may result in delayed delivery if the recipient is not there to sign for the delivery.
We will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, which will allow you to see the estimated delivery date and follow your package. Your package will not require acceptance or a signature unless the contents value requires it, or if you request a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is available to receive a package with no required signature, it is up to the driver's discretion whether to leave it. We are not responsible for packages left in this manner.
Choosing a Delivery Date
We have added the choose your delivery date feature as a way for you to indicate approximately when you would like your package to arrive. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, and transit times and deliveries may be delayed. We do not issue refunds, offer discounts, or accept returns for gifts that experience transit delays, as these delays are beyond our control. Please contact us for any special delivery requests.
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your gift box and will do our best to deliver on the date you select. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors outside of our control, such as shipping delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow for possible delays, especially during peak holiday seasons. We are not liable for any late deliveries or issues that may arise during the shipping process.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Lost or Damaged Items
Despite everyone’s best intentions, items can become lost or damaged during shipment. If your items are lost or damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours after delivery and provide us with any supporting details we request. We will cooperate with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any special packaging requests may result in additional charges. While we take care to properly package and protect your items, we cannot control unusual or extreme weather conditions or conditions beyond our control that may cause items to melt or degrade during transit. We assume no responsibility for any damage caused by such circumstances.
We take pride in shipping our orders quickly. Many orders are shipped out within hours of receiving your order. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations will be possible. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Non-Deliverable Return Shipments / Refused Shipments
This can happen if we are given the wrong address, or if the package was not accepted by the receiver etc... If your order is shipped via UPS or USPS and several delivery attempts are made to deliver your package and the delivery is not accepted, or the shipping information provided by the sender is incorrect and it is returned to us, we will re-ship the package to you or to whatever address you prefer. We will notify you. If you provide us with a valid updated shipping address we will
repackage your gift and send it out - just like new. We will email you an invoice that can be paid online. Once paid, we will repack your gift and ship it out again. There is a repacking charge of $15.00 and a shipping charge that will be determined by the package size, weight, and destination, along with a $25 return shipping fee that UPS charges us and we in turn charge you. Once we contact you, we wait for 7 days after informing you of the issue. If we do not hear from you, or if the invoice is not paid, the package then becomes the property of ekuBOX. We do not refund non-deliverable shipments.
