Shipping Discount Coupon (Contiguous
U.S.)
ekuBOX offers a Shipping Discount Coupon (free standard shipping)
on qualifying orders of $100 or more per shipping destination within the
48 contiguous United States.
This shipping discount applies as a coupon or automatic
discount, depending on current promotions. Eligibility is based on the merchandise
subtotal before tax and after all discounts, coupons, vouchers, or sale
adjustments.
Because it is a discount, it may not be combined with any
other promotional offer, coupon, voucher, or discount code.
Only one promotion or discount may be used per order.
Orders that do not qualify for the Shipping Discount Coupon will be
charged standard shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii & Expedited Services
Shipping charges apply to any order shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States and to all expedited services. If the checkout
rate for Alaska or Hawaii is not
calculated accurately, we will email you an updated shipping quote for approval
before processing your order.
If you prefer 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day delivery,
please select that option at checkout.
All shipments are processed from our fulfillment center in Michigan,
and delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, destination, and
seasonal demand.
Per-Box Shipping (Gift Boxes Under $100)
Gift boxes priced under $100 (before tax and after discounts)
incur a shipping charge per box, regardless of how many boxes are
purchased or whether they are shipped to one address or multiple addresses.
Each gift box is packed and shipped individually to ensure the
presentation and contents arrive in pristine condition.
Corporate & Custom Shipping Policy
Shipping terms for corporate, bulk, and custom orders differ from our
standard consumer shipping policy.
Unless otherwise specified in
writing, corporate and custom orders do not qualify for the standard
Shipping Discount Coupon or free shipping promotions.
Shipping and handling for B2B and
custom projects will be quoted separately, based on order size, packaging,
and destination(s).
All shipping costs - including carrier fees, packaging, and
handling will be itemized on your estimate or final invoice.
ekuBOX ships from Michigan and
can accommodate shipments to individual recipients or bulk shipments to a
single location.
Corporate Order Discount Policy
ekuBOX offers a 5% discount on qualifying corporate or bulk orders
totaling $7,500 or more (before tax and shipping).
To qualify:
Orders must be confirmed in
writing with a signed estimate or purchase order.
Payment must be made in full
before production begins unless alternate terms have been approved in
writing.
The 5% discount applies only to
the merchandise subtotal and does not apply to shipping, taxes, or rush
fees.
The discount cannot be combined
with any other promotion, coupon, or discount.
Orders below $7,500 do not
qualify for this program.
ekuBOX reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any
time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of invoice will
apply.
Shipping Details
Service Area
Shipping applies to deliveries within the 48
contiguous United States. ekuBOX does not currently ship to PO Boxes
or international addresses.
Processing & Dispatch
Our warehouse operates Monday through
Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM (ET), excluding holidays. The daily shipping cut-off time is 12:00 noon ET.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: Martin Luther
King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, and December 24 through January 3.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched
within 1–3 business days after
payment is received. If you select a delivery date, we will make every effort
to ship your gift box so that it arrives on or around that date. If no delivery
date is specified, your order will ship within 3 business days (excluding the
major holidays where shipping times my vary).
Estimated Transit Times
Estimated standard shipping times (after dispatch) are:

Midwest: 1–2 business days

East Coast: 2–3 business days
·
South: 3–4 business days
·
West Coast: 4–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by ekuBOX or the carrier.
Delivery Dates & Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on your
preferred date, delivery dates are not
guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other
factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for late
deliveries or delivery delays and do not offer refunds, replacements, or
discounts for shipments affected by such circumstances.
If you require a signature upon delivery, this service can be added for
an additional cost. Please note that requesting a signature may delay delivery
if the recipient is not present. Packages shipped without a signature
requirement may be left at the driver’s discretion. ekuBOX is not responsible for packages left
unattended after delivery.
We will provide a tracking number with every order, allowing you to
monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.
Lost or Damaged Items
Despite every effort to ensure safe delivery,
items can occasionally be lost or damaged during shipment.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged,
please notify us within 48 hours
of delivery (or the expected delivery date, in the case of lost items) at hello@ekubox.com,
and include:

Photos of the shipping box, packaging, and
damaged item(s)
·
A brief description of the issue
Please retain all packaging materials until
the claim is resolved. We will work with you and the carrier to file and
process a claim.
While ekuBOX will assist in resolving these matters, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or
damage caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other events outside of
our control.
Certain products (such as chocolate or
temperature-sensitive items) may be affected by extreme weather. ekuBOX is not responsible for damage due to heat,
cold, or environmental conditions during transit.
Cancellations
We take pride in processing and shipping
orders quickly - often within hours of receipt. Therefore, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has
already shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
All sales are final and not eligible for
exchanges or refunds once shipped.
International Shipping
We
do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns
All sales are final and non-refundable.
ekuBOX does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in
cases where damage or incorrect items have been reported within the required
timeframe (see Lost or Damaged Items
above).
Carrier Liability
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier
(UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another third-party delivery service), ekuBOX is not
responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur in transit.
We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if applicable.
Lost or Damaged Items
Despite everyone’s best efforts, items can occasionally be lost or damaged
in transit. If your items are lost or
arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date for lost items)
and include the supporting details listed below. We will cooperate with you and
the carrier (UPS/USPS or other) regarding any claim.

report a lost or damaged shipment

What happens next

We will assist you in filing and processing the
carrier claim.

When appropriate and at our discretion, we may
provide a replacement or store credit once the claim is validated
by the carrier.
Important notes
Risk of loss transfers to the carrier when the
package is accepted by the carrier. ekuBOX is not liable for carrier delays, porch theft after
confirmed delivery, or damage occurring after delivery.
Claims received outside the 48-hour window may
be denied by the carrier and are not
guaranteed for replacement or credit.

Route Package Protection
ekuBOX offers Route Package Protection at checkout to cover your
shipment in the event it is lost, stolen,
or damaged in transit. The toggle is checked by default for your convenience; you may uncheck it at any time. ROUTE IS
OPTIONAL!!

With Route, claims for stolen (marked “delivered” but not received) packages
can be filed between 5 and 30 days
from the delivery scan; lost and
damaged shipments must also be
filed within Route’s time limits. Route may require photos and retention of
packaging for damage reviews.

If you decline
Route, ekuBOX will assist you in pursuing a carrier claim (UPS/USPS/etc.), but approval and timing are determined by the carrier,
and coverage is not guaranteed.

Important Notes
·
Route is not a speed-of-delivery service; delays alone are not covered. (Carriers
rarely guarantee dates except certain air services.)
·
Claims must be filed within Route’s deadlines; late claims can be denied.
Address Accuracy
Please verify all shipping addresses carefully. ekuBOX is not
responsible for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or additional fees due to
incomplete or incorrect addresses supplied by the purchaser.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
This can occur if an address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient
refuses delivery, or the carrier (UPS/USPS) makes multiple attempts and the
package is not accepted. If a shipment is returned to ekuBOX:

We will notify you and you may choose a new
delivery address.
·
If you provide a valid updated address, we will repackage your gift and ship it out “good
as new.”
·
We will email an invoice payable online. Once paid, we will repack and reship.
Fees:
·
Repacking
fee: $15.00
·
Return shipping fee: $25.00 (the amount charged to us by UPS, passed through
to you)
·
Reshipment charge: based on package size, weight, and destination
Timeframe:
We will hold the returned package for 7
days after notifying you. If we do not hear from you or the invoice is
not paid within that period, the package becomes the property of ekuBOX. Non-deliverable shipments are non-refundable.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout according to state and
local tax laws.
Force Majeure
ekuBOX shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters,
severe weather, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, pandemics, or governmental
restrictions.
Returns & Order Issues
Due to the curated and perishable nature of our gift boxes, all sales
are final.
We take great care to ensure each order arrives beautifully packaged and
in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery at hello@ekubox.com with photos of the packaging
and contents.
We will review and, when appropriate, issue a replacement or store credit
at our discretion.
ekuBOX reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements on items
damaged due to misuse, neglect, or conditions beyond our control (including
carrier delays or delivery errors).
