Use of ekuBOX Gift Cards

ekuBOX gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases on ekubox.com. Gift cards are issued by EKU LLC and are denominated in U.S. dollars.

Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Promotional discounts generally do not apply to gift-card purchases unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Delivery and Responsibility

Electronic gift cards are delivered using the information supplied by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for entering an accurate email address. Treat a gift-card code like cash. Contact ekuBOX promptly if a code is lost, stolen or used without authorization. Replacement may be available only when ownership and the remaining balance can be verified and applicable law permits replacement.

Expiration and Fees

ekuBOX gift cards do not expire and are not subject to inactivity or service fees, except where a different rule is expressly permitted and disclosed in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Purchases made with a gift card are subject to the applicable Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. An approved refund for merchandise purchased with a gift card is generally returned to a gift card or store-credit balance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
