Choose options
Our Signature Packaging
Every gift is curated with care and includes a handwritten note card. Depending on the item, your gift will be packaged in one of the following:
- Signature ekuBOX: A soft-touch box finished with a satin ribbon and bow.
- Magnetic Closure Box: A premium keepsake box finished with a satin ribbon and bow.
- "Out of the Box" Items: These specific gifts are packaged in our signature ekuBOX gift bags rather than a box.
Processing & Shipping Timelines
We process all orders in the order they are received.
- Standard Processing: Most orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Holiday Season (Nov–Dec): Due to high volume, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during this busy time.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your gift ships.
Scheduling Your Delivery: If you would like your gift to ship at a later date, please specify your desired shipping date in the order notes. We will do our best to ship as close to that date as possible.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via UPS Ground. For faster delivery, we offer the following expedited services:
- UPS 2nd Business Day
- UPS Next Business Day
Important Notes on Expedited Shipping:
- Daily Cutoff: Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will ship the following business day.
- Business Day Delivery: Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only.
- Pricing: Rates apply per gift box. If your order contains multiple boxes, additional fees may apply. We will contact you before shipping if a price adjustment is necessary.
Carrier Delays
While we ship your orders promptly, once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Weather, seasonal volume, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery dates and are outside of our control.

Add a Personal Touch
Every gift includes a handwritten note on a card of your choice, tucked into an envelope and finished with our signature handmade ekuBOX wax seal.
How to Add Your Message:
- Select Your Card: Click the "Pick a Card" button below to choose your design.
- Write Your Message: Enter your note in the text field provided.
- Blank Cards: If you are gifting to yourself or prefer to write the note later, simply select a card and type "Leave Blank" in the message section.

- Default Messaging: If no message is provided, we will include a card of our choice addressed: To: [Recipient Name], From: [Sender Name].
- Self-Gifting: If you are purchasing for yourself, a card is only included upon request.
