This gift will be carefully packaged in either our signature soft-touch ekuBOX box, or a magnetic closure gift box, and finished with a satin ribbon and bow. Each gift will include a note card with a handwritten note. All gifts that are in our 'Out of the Box' category will not be packaged in an ekuBOX but will be packaged in our ekuBOX gift bags.

If you do not want your gift to ship right away - please indicate your desired shipping date and we will ship as close to that date as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped in the order in which they are received. During the busy holiday season (November–December), processing times may be longer than usual due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during this period. Most orders received before 12:00 PM EDT (Monday - Friday) will ship in 1 to 3 business days after the order is received. Once your gift ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays that are outside of our control. Weather, high seasonal volume, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping rates apply per gift box. If your order includes multiple gift boxes, the expedited shipping charge may increase.

If additional expedited shipping fees are required, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

 Expedited shipping will only be delivered on business days - Monday - Friday. Orders for 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

The note card will be placed in an envelope sealed with a handmade ekuBOX wax seal.

If you do not include a personal message, we will include a note card of our choice and the message will read To: (name of the recipient) From: (name of the sender).

If you are sending this gift to yourself, we will not include a gift card unless you request one. You are welcome to choose a blank note card. Just let us know in the message section or in the note section your card choice and that you would like it blank.

If an item in your gift box becomes unavailable at time of your order we reserve the right to substitute something of equal or greater value. It will always be a product that goes with the theme of your gift box. We never sacrifice quality, so you can rest assured that your recipient will get the full ekuBOX experience.
