Our Signature Packaging
Every gift is curated with care and includes a handwritten note card. Depending on the item, your gift will be packaged in one of the following:
Signature ekuBOX: A soft-touch box finished with a satin ribbon and bow.
Magnetic Closure Box: A premium keepsake box finished with a satin ribbon and bow.
"Out of the Box" Items: These specific gifts are packaged in our signature ekuBOX gift bags rather than a box.
Processing & Shipping Timelines
We process all orders in the order they are received.
Standard Processing: Most orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship within 1–3 business days.
Holiday Season (Nov–Dec): Due to high volume, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during this busy time.

Add a Personal Touch
Every ekuBOX gift includes the option to add a handwritten note. Your message will be written on a card of your choice, placed in an envelope, and finished with our signature handmade ekuBOX wax seal.
How to Add Your Message
1. Choose Your Card Design
Select the "Pick a Card" button to choose the card design you would like included with your gift.
2. Enter Your Message
Type your message in the message field provided on the product page. Our team will handwrite your message on the selected card.
3. Leave the Card Blank (Optional)
If you are gifting to yourself or prefer to write the note later, select your card and enter "Leave Blank" in the message field.

Our team will handwrite your message as provided. For best results, keep messages concise and clear. Extremely long messages may require multiple cards.
