To guide your culinary adventure, we've sweetened the deal with two of our own recipes - Pasta Puttanesca and Pasta Aglio e Olio with Anchovies, along with most of the ingredients to make them. We've made it so easy, all you have to do is cork that bottle and get to cooking!

- Anfosso Pesto Con Basilico Genovese DOP - This traditional style Genovese pesto is made in Liguria Italy with PDO basil, pine nuts and extra virgin olive oil. Wonderful on roasted meats, poultry or fish. Toss with pasta and a touch of heavy cream for an amazing pesto pasta. Use it as a condiment drizzled over a caprese salad or panini. 6.35 oz
- Classic Bolognese Sauce - By Alberto Bettini of the Michelin starred restaurant Amerigo in Savigno Italy. Made with local ingredients and slow-simmered as tradition requires. Made with Apulian tomatoes, herbs and spices. Serve Italian style, with just enough sauce to lightly coat a half pound of pasta. This is one of the tastiest sauces we've ever tasted. - Frantoi Cutrera Arrabbiata Sauce - Segreti di Sicilia. A spicy tomato sauce with just the right amount of heat. Use it alone, or add sautéed shrimp, or any seafood to make a spicy frutti di mare or pasta al vongole. 10.23 oz
Azienda Agricola Caravaglio Capers - Packed in Sicilian sea salt, these tender buds are organically grown on the Aeolian Island of Salina. Plump and fruity, these capers will add a delicate flavor, unlike their briny soaked counterparts. Use these in our pasta Puttanesca recipe as well as in a picatta sauce for chicken, spedini, top pizza or salads. 3.17 oz
Soak in warm water for 15 minutes. Then rinse, strain, and rinse and strain again to remove salt before use.
Galantino Basil Infused Olive Oil - From southern Apulia, the heel of the boot on a map of Italy, this aromatic olive oil is made by crushing the basil with the olives to create a pungent and herbaceous cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. La Valle San Marzano Tomatoes of Agro Sarnese - Nocerino Area D.O.P. - Our absolute favorite tomato for making sauce. This tomato is cultivated in the Compania region where the rich volcanic soil and intense Mediterranean sun provide optimal growing conditions. They have a D.O.P. status which means they are grown in the specific Agro Sarnese-Nocerino region of Campania, Italy. The tomatoes have a characteristic bite with an exquisite flavor that is sweet, with a low acidity. 28 oz
Cento San Marzano Tomato Paste- Sweet, savory, and wonderful. So good we eat it with a spoon straight out of the can. Try to do that with a can of domestic tomato paste! 6 oz
