This gift will be carefully packaged in our signature soft-touch ekuBOX box and finished with a satin ribbon and bow. Each gift will include a note card with a handwritten note.
Holiday packaging will begin on November 1st and continue until December 24th. Many gift boxes will have red, white or gold ribbon and bow. Winter greens will replace rosemary or eucalyptus in many of our gift boxes.
If you do not choose an approximate delivery date from our date picker, we will put your order in queue and it will ship as soon as possible.
Most orders received before 12:00 PM EDT (Monday - Friday) will ship in 1 to 3 business days after the order is received (not including holidays). Once your gift ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground. We offer 2nd Business Day and Next Business Day UPS service. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact us for a price. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 248-865-7789.
Expedited shipping will only be delivered on business days - Monday - Friday. Orders for 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

The note card will be placed in an envelope sealed with a handmade ekuBOX wax seal.
If you do not include a personal message, we will include a note card of our choice and the message will read To: (name of the recipient) From: (name of the sender).
If you are sending this gift to yourself, we will not include a gift card unless you request one. You are welcome to choose a blank note card. Just let us know in the message section or in the note section your card choice and that you would like it blank.
No problem! If you would like to schedule your gift delivery for a later date, please use our date picker located below. Please note we will do our best to have your gift delivered as close to your desired date as possible. We try to schedule the delivery a day before or on the day of your delivery date request. We do that as a cushion in case there is a delay. Once your package leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the shipper it is out of our control. Delays may happen for a variety of reasons on the shipper's side and unfortunately, because it is out of our control, we cannot offer refunds for a delayed/late package delivery. If there is a significant delay, which is rare, we are here to help resolve the issue. No worries!!
If an item in your gift box becomes unavailable at time of your order we reserve the right to substitute something of equal or greater value. It will always be a product that goes with the theme of your gift box. We never sacrifice quality, so you can rest assured that your recipient will get the full ekuBOX experience.
